NETWORK OF CARE WEBSITE

This resourceful website is customized for Hawaii, by statewide counties, specific for Behavioral Health.  This on-line program is provided by the State of Hawaii, Mental Health Transformation State Incentive Grant (MHT SIG).  It is an easy to use resource for individuals, families and agencies concerned with behavioral health.  It provides information about local services, state laws, related news and the ability to receive a free laminated emergency contact wallet size card.  Another key feature of the website is the MY WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) folder in which a person can confidentially (secured) maintain personal documents that assist with self-management of health and wellness. HFAA RESOURCE LIBRARY

Hawaii Families As Allies believes that when families are educated about their child's diagnosis, treatment options and outcomes for each option, they can make better decisions for the well being of their youth and family as a whole. The power of being knowledgeable is a great asset to assist you on your journey of finding what may work for your child. HFAA maintains a resource library full of books, pamphlets, magazines and DVD's about specific disorders and inspirational stories that can help you.  Please contact any of our Parent Partners or you may call our office at (808) 487-8785 or email us at hfaa@hfaa.net for more information about our library.
